КОРРЕЛЯЦИОННАЯ ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ ЦЕФАЛОМЕТРИЧЕСКИХ ПАРАМЕТРОВ ДЕТЕЙ 3-11 ЛЕТ И ДЕТЕЙ С ГИПЕРТРОФИЕЙ АДЕНОИДОВ

Доля детей с хроническим аденотонзиллитами варьирует 20-50%, а среди часто болеющих детей эти заболевания составляют 37-70%. Это свидетельствует о росте гипертрофии глоточной миндалины, увеличению частоты встречаемости у детей патологии аденоидов, что отрицательно влияет на структурное формирование челюстного комплекса. Выявлено что, влияние длительного течения заболеваний у детей приводит к нарушению формирования лицевого скелета, что отражается в виде отвисшей нижней челюсти, становлением её узкой и удалённой, неправильного развития твёрдого неба и прикуса. В развитии зубочелюстных аномалий в возрасте 8-10 лет значительную роль играют заболевания ЛОР органов, в частности разрастание аденоидов.
