KEKSA YOSHDAGI SUT BEZI SARATONIGA CHALINGAN BEMORLARNI DAVOLASH PRINSIPLARI

ma'lumotlarni hisobga olgan holda, 60 yoshdan oshgan bemorlarni I-II bosqichlar mavjud bo'lganda davolash uchun quyidagi algoritmni tavsiya qilishimiz mumkin, sut bezining radikal rezektsiyasi amalga oshiriladi. Bundan tashqari, I-IIa bosqichlarida qo'shimcha yordamchi davolanishni rad etish mumkin, chunki bu 3 va 5 yillik omon qolish darajasining statistik jihatdan sezilarli yaxshilanishini ta'minlamaydi. II b bosqichda - operatsiyadan keyingi qo'shimcha davolash musbat steroid gormon retseptorlari mavjud bo'lganda gormon terapiyasini qo'llashga qisqartiriladi va ular to’xtatilganda , agar iloji bo'lsa, kimyoterapiya o'tkazish kerak.Uchinchi bosqich sut bezi saratoni uchun radikal mastektomiya operatsiya bajarish shart. Og’ir daraja bilan birga keladigan patologiyada, katta operatsiya xavfi yuqori bo'lgan taqdirda, sut bezining radikal rezektsiyasini amalga oshirish mumkin, keyin sut bezining qolgan qismini va mintaqaviy metastaz joylarini adyuvant nurlantirish kerak.
