Abstract

Diagnostik ultratovush (DUZI), bugungi kunda akusherlik va ginekologiya amaliyotida eng keng qo’llaniladigan usuldir. 1950-yillarning oxirida Ian Donald tomonidan ginekologiya uchun birinchi marta tasvirlangan A rejimidan boshlab, 1970-yillarda B tartibida, 1980-yillarning boshlarida Real vaqt rejimi va seroskal tasvir, birozdan keyin dopplerografiya, 1990-yillarda murakkab rangli dopplerografiya va 2000-yillarda uch o’lchovli/to’rt o’lchovli ultratovush, 1980-yillarda akusherlik va ginekologiya amaliyoti bilan chambarchas bog’liqligini yo’qotadi. Eng so’nggi yangiliklardan bu sun’iy intellektdan foydalanish bo’lib, u hayotimizning barcha jabhalarida, jumladan, tibbiyot va xususan, akusherlik ultra tekshiruvida tobora ko’proq rol o’ynab kelmoqda. Bundan tashqari, kelajakda yangi tasvirlash usullari ishlab chiqilishi, o’qitish usullari kengaytirilishi, ish unumini oshirishga katta xizmat qiladi.
