Abstract

Travmatik bosh miya shikastlanishi (TBMSH) tibbiy tadqiqotlarning eng muhim jihatlaridan biri bo'lib, uning chastotasi, tashxis qo'yishdagi qiyinchiliklar va uning og'irligi ko'pincha o'limga olib keladi. Bu nafaqat to'g'ridan-to'g'ri mexanik shikastlanish sohasida, balki asab, endokrin, yurak-qon tomir va boshqa tizimlarda ham patofiziologik, biokimyoviy va morfofunktsional o'zgarishlar majmuasida namoyon bo'ladigan umumiy adaptiv javobni keltirib chiqaradigan tanaga umumiy ta'sir ko'rsatadi. Ko'pincha erkaklar mehnatga layoqatli yoshda bu jarohatdan o'lishadi yoki nogiron bo'lib qolishadi va aksar hollarda bepushtlik kuzatiladi.
