Abstract

Bone grafting is a critical component of dental implantology, aiming to restore sufficient bone volume and density for successful implant placement. The choice of bone grafting materials is pivotal in determining the success of the graft and subsequent implant. This article reviews the types of bone grafting materials commonly used in dental implantology, their properties, clinical applications, and outcomes.
