Innovative activity of teachers has its own specifics. It implies a certain degree of freedom of action for the relevant subjects. Due to the specifics of innovative, exploratory work, it is very often carried out by touch, outside of existing experience, and can only partially be regulated and controlled by existing institutions. Therefore, society is forced to trust the researcher, the innovator, believing that in the process of free search for truth, new solutions and ways to implement the tasks facing society, he will not take actions that can further damage the interests of society.
