Abstract
Abstract: Changes on the part of the patient-vascular diseases are most common in cases of thyroid dysfunction glands. Understanding the mechanisms of action of thyroid hormones on the cardiovascular system can explain changes in cardiac output, cardiac contractility, blood pressure, and rhythm disorders associated with with thyroid dysfunction. This review presents up-to-date data on heart rate changes-vascular diseases that occur in thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism, as well as changes in the thyroid gland on the background of chronic heart failure-vascular insufficiency.
