Abstract

Koronavirus infeksiyasi (COVID-19) jiddiy tibbiy va ijtimoiy muammodir. COVID-19 bilan kasallangan bemorlarni davolashda ma'lum muvaffaqiyatlarga erishilganiga qaramay, yondosh patologiya va asosoiy kasallik kechishida o’ziga xavf guruhiga kiradigan surunkali buyrak kasalligi (SBK) bilan og'rigan, bemorlarda maxsus klinik va tashkiliy yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqish zarurati mavjud. Tadqiqotimizning uchun olingan bemorlarning o’rtacha yoshi 68 yosh bo'lib, ularning 59 foizi erkaklar edi. Ushbu tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko'rsatdiki, umumiy aholi bilan solishtirganda, SBK bilan kasallangan bemorlarda COVID-19 og'irroq kechadi va o'lim darajasi yuqoriroqdir. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko’rsatadiku , SBK ning so'nggi bosqichining yuzaga kelishi va KFT sezilarli pasayishi o'pkaning shikastlanish hajmi bilan bog'liq emas.
