DIAGNOSTICS OF DRUG RESISTANCE IN TUBERCULOSIS LUNG IN YOUNG PATIENTS AND CAUSES OF ITS FORMATIONS

Abstract

An analysis of survey data of 152 patients with drug-resistant forms of tuberculosis who received inpatient treatment at the Bukhara Regional Center for Phthisiology and Pulmonology in the period 2016-2019 was carried out. The state of drug-resistant tuberculosis of the respiratory organs among the age of the patients ranged from 19 to 39 years, with a mean age of 62.8 years. The influence of mono- and polyresistance , as well as multidrug resistance, on the effectiveness of treatment, including in acutely progressive forms of tuberculosis, was assessed.
