Abstract

Linguoculturology is a relatively new field of study that aims to explore the connections between language and culture. The field is interdisciplinary, drawing on theoretical frameworks from linguistics, anthropology, sociology, psychology, and other social sciences. This paper provides an overview of the key concepts, theories, and methods of linguoculturology, and examines some of the ongoing debates and challenges in the field. The paper concludes with a discussion of the future directions for research in linguoculturology.
