CLINICAL AND LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS OF LIVER DISEASES

Abstract

The article contains the necessary information about clinical and laboratory tests used to diagnose liver pathology syndromes: cytolysis, cholestasis, inflammatory and hepatoprival syndromes. It provides information on immunemarkers of hepatocyte and connective tissue damage. Attention is paid to the clinical and laboratory manifestations of hepatopathy, as well as hereditary fermentopathies that cause hepatic cell failure: Gilbert's syndrome, posthepatitis hyperbilirubinemia Tracing paper, syndromeKrigler – Nayara. The algorithm of examination of patients with liver diseases is described.
