O’YY predikatorlarini erta aniqlash, miokard nekrozi faktini, O’KS bilan og'rigan bemorlarda kasallikning dastlabki soatlarida yuqori diagnostika aniqligi shoshilinch kardiologiyaning eng muhim vazifasidir. Ushbu muammoni hal qilish, turli omillarga bog'liq holda O’YY paydo bo'lishi va kechishini xavf-xatarni stratifikatsiya qilishning yangi modellarini yaratish intensiv terapiya uchun yangi algoritmlarni ishlab chiqish, individual prognostik parametrlarni aniqlash imkonini beradi va shuning uchun o'z vaqtida davolashni boshlash imkonini beradi. prognozga ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatadigan va bemorlarning hayot sifatini yaxshilashga, o'limni, iqtisodiy xarajatlarni kamaytirishga, yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining klinik va ijtimoiy oqibatlarini kamaytirishga yordam beradigan zarur terapevtik choralar.
