Chap qorinchaning qon haydash fraktsiyasining qisqarishi umumiy o'lim uchun eng muhim xavf omilidir. Yurak ishyemik kasalligi bo'lgan bemorlarda yurakning beqarorligini baholash uchun turli xil noinvaziv EKG usullari qo'llaniladi: yuqori aniqlikdagi elektrokardiografiya, yurak urish tezligining o'zgaruvchanligini va barorefleks sezuvchanligini baholash, QT oralig'ining davomiyligi va dispersiyasi, T to'lqinlarining almashinishini baholash, yurak tezligi turbulentligi, dispersiyani xaritalash, dipol elektrokardiografiya va boshqalar. Ko'p patogenlar o'zlarining bashoratli florasini oshiradilar, ammo ijobiy prognozli flora 40% dan ortiq.
