Abstract

Мақолада ҳомила ва янги туғилган чақалоқнинг туғилишдан олдинги ва постнатал ривожланиш даврида инфекциянинг мумкин бўлган йўллари ҳақида адабиёт маълумотлари келтирилган. Патогеннинг трансплацентал ўтиши ва ҳомиланинг амниотик суюқликдан инфекцияси она танасининг ўзи патологияси билан эмас, балки она танаси таъсир қиладиган стрессли вазиятлар билан осонлашиши мумкинлиги кўрсатилган. Лактотроф озиқланиш даврида чақалоқ инфекциясини олдини олиш учун фақат жуда шошилинч сабабларга кўра чақалоқни эмизишни тўхтатиш лозим.
