Abstract

Dental health rates and dental status indicators in children with somatic diseases and Infectious Diseases testify to profound changes. A large role is played by Risk Factors and somatic health of the child in the severe course of carious disease. With a number of studies, the somatic health of the child has been shown to lead to a severe course of carious disease. Аssessing the state of hygiene in the oral cavity of children with heart defects, it was found that 15% had satisfactory hygiene, 40% had poor hygiene, and 45% had very poor hygiene. Such a low level of hygiene can be due to the fact that children have a long stay on the tripod and lack of control, as well as the severity of the general condition (fever, madorlessness, fatigue), stomatitis, acute pain of the mucous membrane in gingivitis.
