Abstract

In children with a heart defect, the relationship between somatic diseases and the condition of the oral organs is realized through various manifestations of homeostasis, primarily immunological, disorders in which lead to disorders of both the entire organism and the oral organs. Various forms of organ pathology are manifested by certain symptoms in the oral cavity, which helps in the correct diagnosis of the underlying disease. If earlier Diseases of the oral mucosa diseases were considered a local process and the approach to their treatment and Prevention was carried out only from a local point of view, then now they are considered as a state of continuous connection with the whole organism.
